Job Description

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the fabrication process to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to identify deviations and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Analyze quality data, including defect trends and non-conformance reports, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures to minimize reoccurrence.
• Develop and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide training to production personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall quality awareness.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits, including customer audits and supplier evaluations.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to continuously improve processes and standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
