We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer - Trainee to join our team in Koperkhairne. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and be either a fresher or have up to one year of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Support the continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
• Learn and apply various quality engineering principles and tools.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of quality control and assurance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Salary : Competitive and as per industry standards.
