PS Quality Engineer Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility Be part of an Agile team, participate in all Agile activities and be accountable for the sprint deliverables. Manage assigned tasks, tracking tasks to completion and reporting on risks to project timelines Contribute to periodic status reports on testing activities (daily, weekly, monthly) Set up test environments as required including hardware, windows networking and installing software applications Perform manual functional and regression testing Perform volume, performance, reliability testing Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for all components of a product to ensure the delivery of quality software products that meet customer specifications Reduce repetitive processes through automated solutions Manage physical and virtual lab environments Fulfills load testing requests and sets up appropriate load testing monitors on servers. Executes and analyzes load tests, and reports to product team members. Applies good debugging and troubleshoot techniques to assist Developers with isolating the problem and determining the solution Develops automation strategies that will enhance test execution, manual test coverage and the consistency of regression testing. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in a Computers/IT Discipline or equivalent work experience 3+ years\' experience in Software Quality role or equivalent 3+ years\' experience in Quality Engineering processes, procedures, and standards 1+ years\' experience in Automated test management using Jenkins or similar automation server. Experience in GUI Testing, Backend Testing and Database Testing Experience in developing Functional, Integration and end-end scenario test cases to validate business, system and operational requirements. Experience with working in an Agile environment and CI/CD driven testing culture Well experienced in API automation testing using SOAP and RESTful web services Experience in building test automation framework for web-based and Desktop applications Experience in automation tools and frameworks like Jenkins, Cypress, Cucumber, SOAP UI etc. Excellent knowledge of performance test systems. Experience with DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Git) Demonstrated ability to master technical details of multiple complicated software solutions; understanding technical and usability aspects as they related to quality and usability Experience with network management, computer hardware setup and software installations Self-directed individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality Strong customer-centric attitude toward both external and internal customers Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix\'s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
