Quality Engineer
Job Description
Hiring quality engineer with 2 years plus experience as quality engineer in industrial products, valve, pump or water treatment industry.
• Diploma / Degree Engineering - Chemical / Mechanical (Chemical Preferred)
Most important - Minimum NDT level 2 and experience in SS fabrication.
-NDT Level 2 -WPS/PQR/WPS Knowledge -QAP Knowledge -Fabrication Knowledge -Inspection Experience -Material code Knowledge
The quality engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
-raw material inspection -do stagewise inspection of filter system -component inspection (stagewise) -final assembly inspection -internal inspection report preparation -customer inspection completion -TPI inspection -documentation preparation -WPS/PQR/WPS preparation -QAP preparation -Final Asbuilt drawing preparation.
