This is a full-time, mid-level position based in our Jaipur headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in quality assurance, with strong skills in testing, problem-solving, and process improvement.Qualifications and SkillsQualification- B.Tech - mech.Salary - Upto 4.2 lacExperience - Min. 4+ yrs. in Foundry Industry

• Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill)
• Testing: Proven experience in developing and implementing testing processes to ensure product quality.
• Problem Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, preventing future problems.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to spot inconsistencies and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to make informed decisions.
• Process Improvement: Skilled in identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality engineering principles and practices relevant to the foundry industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product and process integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing and inspection of products to identify potential defects or areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance processes and resolve quality-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff in quality assurance best practices and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements in quality engineering.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss quality standards, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
