Job Description

Sansu is a manufacturer of Aluminum Ingots and Gravity Die Casting, looking for a smart, independent Quality engineer who can manage IATF documentation, prepare timely reports, handle and ensure process compliance and interact with customer complaints. Should be Diploma/BE with minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IATF documentation
• Monitor and ensure process compliance - regular audits
• Prepare reports related to quality matters
• Oversee inspection of incoming and outgoing material
• Handle customer complaints and relevant documentation
• Identify problem areas; add them to a tracking system
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities (8D)
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 3 Years work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• Training Certificate /Experience in Quality systems Knowledge based on IATF 16949-2016 requirement

Preference:

• Die Casting Knowledge
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Rotational shift
