1)Should have experience in Customer & Supplier Quality. 2)Should have experience in compliant handling & addressing the complaints using quality tools. 3)Must have experience in working with cross functional team members. 4)Should have thorough knowledge on Quality Management System processes. 5)Should have work experience in Fab / Assembly company accredited to ISO/AS standards. 6)Knowledge on quality concepts, IPC standards related to PCB s & PCBA s and ISO 9001:2015 standards is an advantage 7)Should be good in oral & written communication. 8)Should have flair for documentation, tracking and monitoring of mails & replying with relevant details. 9)Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Concepts & metrics. 10)Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills are a must. 11)Should have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality 12)Should have knowledge on working with MS-word, Excel & Power-point. 13)Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings is an added advantage.
