General:
1. Able to perform standard tasks under supervision.

Business Management System:
Knowledge - Aerospace Standards and associated SAE and ASTM Standards:
Key standards are:

\xef\x82\xa7 AS9145: Aerospace APQP and PPAP
\xef\x82\xa7 ISO/IEC 17025: Testing and calibration laboratories standard
Business Management System implementation:
\xef\x82\xa7 Follow MITC Business Management System in compliance to Aerospace standards and organizational
requirements as applicable to work area (e.g., Supplier Quality, Inspection, Metrology, Audits).
\xef\x82\xa7 Follow aerospace regulatory requirements as per defined process.
\xef\x82\xa7 Participate in business system internal audits, external audits, customer audits, publish reports, follow-
up for closure to planned schedules.
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct Process Audits to schedule.
\xef\x82\xa7 Acquire required skills to work with, Subversion, JIRA, Team center, MS Office tools, etc.
\xef\x82\xa7 Effective management of Corrective & Preventive action to assigned quality function (e.g., Supplier
Quality, Inspection, Metrology, Audits).
\xef\x82\xa7 Use of Quality tools and their application (e.g., 7 QC Tools, Root Cause and Corrective Action) for
process.
Business Management System Documentation:
\xef\x82\xa7 Proficiency in MS office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio, etc.).
\xef\x82\xa7 Acquire required skills to develop Processes through MS office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS
Power Point, MS Visio, etc.).
\xef\x82\xa7 Work closely with the global teams and complete the customer requirements to planned schedule.
Test Equipment Systems (function specific role):
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct Receiving, In-process, and Final Inspections and create inspection records.
Group/Business Unit: Commercial Aircraft Group
Department: Quality3/2\xef\x82\xa7 Review all supplier inspection records for correctness and completeness and escalate for any identified
deviations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Managing non-conforming product from identification to safe disposition.
Metrology Management (function specific role):
\xef\x82\xa7 Effective management of metrology as per documented process.
\xef\x82\xa7 Perform in-house calibration for the approved M&TEs as per the defined process.
\xef\x82\xa7 Create the calibration reports for in-house calibrated M&TEs and update the database.
\xef\x82\xa7 Define the Calibration method for M&TEs for absence of standard calibration method.
\xef\x82\xa7 Define the frequency of calibration, accuracy, and acceptance criteria for the M&TEs as per Aerospace /
Moog QMS & Customer requirements.
\xef\x82\xa7 Effective supplier requirements flow downs. (e.g., Calibration method, range of calibration, packaging,
handling & storage, etc.)
\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible to Manage the Identification (valid calibration status, tamper proof stickers, etc.), Handle,
preserve and store without any damages.
\xef\x82\xa7 Effective SOOT (Significant Out of Tolerance) management and timely closure.
\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible to update M&TEs Master list in Autocal database.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain the environmental conditions in the Metrology Room as per process for in-house calibration.
\xef\x82\xa7 Determine the calibration cost and effectively manage the calibration budget allocated from the team.
\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible to follow the commercial requirements (e.g., gate pass, customs approval, e-PR) for
M&TEs movement.
\xef\x82\xa7 Coordinate to scrap the defective M&TEs with proper approval authority and accounting.
Strategy Development and Deployment:
\xef\x82\xa7 Update assigned site quality initiatives including continual improvement projects in Achieve @ Moog or
equivalent.
\xef\x82\xa7 Execute the assigned initiatives to plan.
\xef\x82\xa7 Update and present weekly quality performance review.Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Automobile Engineering or equivalent
with demonstrated knowledge in the areas as detailed in this profile.
Work Experience (Years): 4 to 5 years of expertise in Aerospace, Automotive or similar industries.
Relevant Certifications:
\xef\x82\xa7 AS9100:2016 Certified Internal Auditor,
\xef\x82\xa7 Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt,
\xef\x82\xa7 Any other relevant Quality certifications such as 7 QC Tools, Root Cause and Corrective Action.Location: Bengaluru, India
