Your responsibilities You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with CBA\'s Values and People Capabilities. Core Responsibilities Understand our customer\'s core business objectives and build end-to-end data centric solutions to address them. Participate in the full lifecycle of agile projects. Participate in Requirement gathering, System Analysis, Team management and Stakeholder interaction for timely delivery. Analyze data from different source systems to assess data quality. Ensure Test readiness in terms of Test Environment setup, Test data handling, Test management/automation tools. Help to promote good coding standards and practices to ensure high quality. Develop/Implement Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case Design, Test Execution and Test Summary reports. Should be able to provide technical guidance to peers and junior resources. High degree of reliability and a strong team player. Logical and process oriented mindset. Good communication skills (spoken and written).
