Quality Engineer (Automation)

Position Summary

The Quality Engineer is an integral part of the success of Hexure's products and company and is responsible for planning, building, and executing functional, performance and automation test scripts.

Deliverables and Performance Measures:

• Defines and tests and validates release installation procedures.
• Creates performance test models for release testing (plans, data, and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data.
• Understands the quality metrics and looks for ways to improve the escaped defects as well as test coverage working with software developers and engineers.
Feeds quality standards for unit, functional, regression and performance testing.


What will make you successful:

• 2-5 years' experience with a Software dev and or tech background.
• 2 years of strong experience in Selenium- java Automation.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least one Hexure products and high-level knowledge of the other products.
• Life Insurance and Annuities Proficiency.
Insight into nonfunctional testing.

Expected hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support deployments and other work demands .
