xefx83x98 Service Engineer specializing to dealing with customers to resolve the 0km and warranty
issues on electric and hybrid vehicles at field.
xefx83x98 Attending customer complaints and providing technical support onsite. In this role engi-
neer will be involved in diagnosing issues, performing repairs and technical guidance for
electric motor, Gearbox and Power electronics parts and serviceable subcomponents.
xefx83x98 He will collaborate with clients and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality service
for customer satisfaction.
xefx83x98 Assist fault management and field functions, provide technical support to resolve the fault
xefx83x98 Respond to service requests, customer concerns and overall feedback of failure cars.
xefx83x98 Troubleshoot DTC and architecture related issues with help of necessary tools kit.
xefx83x98 Communicate and document the primary observation of incidents and escalated issues.
xefx83x98 Must travel as needed to attend the complaints and be available for specific emergency.
xefx83x98 Must have knowledge of CAN Communication tool, example: Vector (CANalyser, CANoe),
ETAS INCA.
xefx83x98 Must have knowledge of electrical measurements, using multimeter.
xefx83x98 Review, edit, and communicate visit reports.Your QualificationsQualifications / Exp:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a service engineer or
trollers, Automatic gear box and fault diagnostics analysis, axleSkills:
xefx82xb7 Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
xefx82xb7 Excellent communication and customer service skills
xefx82xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
