Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre is a 900 bedded Multi-Super Specialty Hospital, Lavale, requires:

Position: Manager/ Asst Manager : Quality

Qualification: Science/ Nursing Graduate, BAMS/BHMS with, MBA Healthcare Management, MHA+ course in NABH assessor

Should be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi. Posses excellent communication, presentation skill and co-ordination skills. Should posses good computer skills in excel, power point, word etc.

Experience: Experience 2+yrs from hospital industry in Quality department. Experience in NABH, JCI accredited hospital preferred.

Shifts : General shift, Alternate saturday off

Key Responsibilities :

Major Duties for assisting and carrying out :

Responsible for overall planning, control, coordination of quality management services in the hospital under control of Head Quality Helping the management in devising, documenting, implementing and monitoring the quality management system. Guiding the admin team in monitoring the continuous quality improvement plan and mandatory managerial and clinical indicators. Evaluating the CQI results and formulating necessary corrective and preventive action. Conducting the internal audit as per schedule given to him by the accreditation coordinator and submit findings to him. Conducting and coordinating quality related training of all employees. Overseeing Clinical and Service Quality parameters & processes across the hospital Conducting Internal and External audits as per the Quality Calendar Analyzing the Quality Indicators and implementing Quality Improvement Projects Formulation of policies & procedures as and when required Analyzing & Collecting data of incident reports Preparing for, Achieving, sustaining NABH and other accreditations for the hospital Monitoring and reporting the Shared Quality Agenda (SQA) projects to Corporate Quality Team Coordinating Committee Meetings along with management Maintaining data as required by NABH Coordinating with assessors, committee members etc.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
