Job Description



• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory):
• Food Science and Technology
• Microbiology
• Chemistry




• Preferred Advanced Certifications:
• HACCP Certification
• ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 Certification
• GMP Certification
• Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)



Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using lab equipment for testing (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers, and microbiological tools).
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.

Key Competencies

• Attention to Detail : Ability to identify small deviations or defects in processes and products.
• Analytical Skills : Capable of interpreting test results and identifying root causes of issues.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to propose solutions for recurring quality issues.
• Communication : Strong written and verbal skills for preparing reports and coordinating with teams.
• Adaptability : Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and respond to dynamic production needs.

Other Requirements

• Familiarity with production environments and conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled areas).
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
