Quality Controller
Job Description
Responsible for documented quality assessment & release of RM, WIP & FG. Prepare CAP/PAP based on root-cause analysis and 5 Why framework whenever there is a system failure. Providing training to QA team & preparing training material. Recommend quality improvement measures. Monitor customer satisfaction. Responsible for compliances & testing during product development and monitoring product performance. Evaluation of quality control of prospective suppliers.
