To perform the Inward raw material quality test according to the pre-decided parameters To perform the task of online quality assurance by comparing the need of the customer specification and remarks with actual output To Perform Required tests in the Laboratory and check for defects(if any) To do Root-cause-analysis for the generated defects and make corrections wherever needed in the process Prepare and Preserve the documents and samples for the certification and credentials whenever needed To manage calibration of all the tools and keep update the calibration certificate timely Pre Dispatch Inspection as per the order and filling the details in the sheet Log all the data for the night and day shifts and prepare the MIS for both the shift Prepare or Upgrade the SOPs with the help of Consultants/Managers for the sustainability of the work To conduct timely Quality Audits as per the Quality standards and to prepare the Quality Department for external Quality Audits Take note of quality complaints by customers, handle them and resolve the quality complaints To train fellow members of the department/s in quality parameters, checks, data management etc. To follow all the policies and procedures of the company and department Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 910,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Benefits:
