LRL India 2 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. in Porbandar, Gujarat is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Controller to join our team. The main duty in this role is to ensure top-quality standards in manufacturing, with an ideal candidate having 3-5 years of experience in the garment industry and a strong focus on industry compliance.

Working Days : Mon to Sat

Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Responsibilities: -

- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, samples, and finished goods, including woven & jersey knit fabric, to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Identify and promptly resolve any production issues or defects, maintaining the integrity of our products.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of our quality standards.

- Provide training and guidance to team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to elevate the overall quality standards within the organization.

- Uphold quality standards at all stages of production, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products, while analyzing US, UK, and European market-based clothes.

Key Requirements: -

- In-depth knowledge and expertise in garment production processes, specifically in inspecting woven & jersey knit fabric.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality control skills, ensuring accurate identification of defects and adherence to quality standards.

- Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently, managing time and resources optimally.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Previous experience in standards compliance, particularly within the US, UK, and European markets, will be highly advantageous.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
