Quality Controller
Position Overview:
The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves overseeing lab machines, checking raw materials and finished goods, and maintaining detailed records of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lab Machine Controlling: Operate and monitor lab machines to ensure proper functionality and accuracy.
• Mould & Raw Material Checking: Inspect moulds and raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Raw Material to Finished Goods Checking: Oversee the transition of raw materials to finished products, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the process.
• Final Product Checking: Perform final inspections on products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Inspection Handling of ISI: Manage ISI (Indian Standards Institute) inspections and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Daily Activities Data Maintaining: Keep detailed records of daily quality control activities, including inspections and test results.
• ITI Domain: Apply knowledge from the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) domain to perform quality control tasks effectively.
• Adherence to TAT/OTR: Ensure reports are completed on time (TAT - Turnaround Time / OTR - On Time Report).
• Safety Guidelines: Strictly follow safety guidelines as defined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities.
• Safety Regulations and Procedures: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Train and Motivate Others: Provide training and motivation to team members to maintain high quality standards.
• Team Handling: Manage and lead a team of quality control personnel
Qualifications:
• ITI certification or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to train and motivate others.
Work Environment:
The role involves working in a lab and manufacturing environment, with adherence to strict safety and quality standards. The Quality Controller must be able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
