Job Description

•Responsibilities: •

Ensure safety standards are maintained during testing
Check incoming materials, determine non-conforming materials & ensure rejection of non-confirming materials
Record Inward & track outward of raw materials
Tests on Raw materials as per the quality test plan
Calibration of batching plant jointly with production officer
Provide inputs to tech manager on material quality for mix design
Maintain daily QC records
Co-ordinate with Site for feedback and complaint resolution
Check the quality of finished good at plant level & co-ordinate with the Senior to change mixes if required depending on feedback from Site
Controlling as well as reporting all quality non-conformances activity at plant and site level (material / methodology / machinery). Responsible for corrective & preventive measures for all non conformance activities.
Ensure that overall quality standards are maintained
Trial mix testing
1Collection & compilation of site data from site testers
1ISO Documentation
1Daily/weekly/monthly stock measurement jointly with production officer

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• total work: 4 years (Preferred)
• Construction Chemical: 3 years (Preferred)
• Ready Mix: 3 years (Preferred)
• Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
