### Key Responsibilities



• Must have experience in Food industry or tea industry.
• Packaging experience/ knowledge desirable.
• The incumbent should be proficient in Checks - Raw Material and Packing Material.
• Should have experience in pest Control monitoring to ensure that the place is clean and traps inspections and reporting.
• Maintain traceability throughout the process - checking production records against packaging, production sheets / orders, check weighers (manual).
• Logistic checks such as lorry integrity before loading/ correct pallet.
• Management of the fumigation process whenever required.
• Support during performance of trials and maintaining trial logs.
• CCPs verification.
• Blending checks, sampling, and dispatch.
• Preparation of audit related documentation (FSSAI, HACCP/FSMS).
• Hygiene monitoring, ensuring quality & food safety system is in place.
• Should be proficient in English (Both verbal and written).
• Participate in the development of FSSC system to enable site FSSC certification; FSSC / GFSI knowledge preferred.



### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



• Risk Assessment knowledge and experience, to implement cleaning and allergen validations.
• Supplier Auditing knowledge, both packaging and raw materials, to support the team with new suppliers on boarding.
• Completion of packaging specification; packaging experience/ knowledge desirable.
• Supplier Auditing knowledge, both packaging and raw materials, to support the team with new suppliers on boarding.
