Should have done visual inspection and monitoring of a product's quality during various stages of its manufacturing or assembly process.
Should identify any issues or defects early on so that corrective actions can be taken promptly.
Regularly inspect materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations from specifications, or non-conformities.
Conduct various tests and analyses, such as chemical, physical, or mechanical tests, to assess the quality and performance of products.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing in-process quality control activities to ensure that the product is manufactured in compliance with established quality standards & regulatory requirements.
Perform in-process sampling and testing of raw materials, and finished products according to approved sampling plans, procedures, and specifications.
Record and maintain accurate documentation of all IPQC activities, including test results, observations, and deviations, per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
Ensure product, process, facilities & equipment compliance with relevant quality management systems, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
Investigating and resolving quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances identified during manufacturing or quality control activities.
Ensure that IPQC equipment and instrumentation are calibrated, maintained, and operated per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve batch records and documentation for product release, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements before products are released to the market.
Evaluating supplier performance and addressing any quality issues with suppliers.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating packaging processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency,
