We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Quality Control

resource with a strong background in construction chemicals such as epoxy tile grout, tile adhesives, waterproofing systems, admixtures, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and process control.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct QC testing of all products as per relevant IS codes and internal standards. Support R&D and formulation of new products. Review production records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Supplier Quality Control measures. Perform inspections and make quality decisions (accept/reject) based on set parameters. Maintain calibration records and oversee equipment accuracy. Ensure proper documentation and file management for all QC activities. Supervise and guide production staff on quality standards and procedures. Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for seamless operations. Maintain strong communication with customer QA/QC representatives. Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in QC/QA within construction chemicals or a similar industry. Familiarity with IS codes and quality control methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
