Position: Quality Control Officer


Location: Sector-8, Noida


Compensation: As per the experience & market standards


Joining: Should be able to join within a 15 days' time upon selection


Job Overview: As a Quality Control Officer at AROH Foundation, you will be responsible for ensuring


that our projects and programs meet high standards of quality and effectiveness. You will play a


crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of services and interventions provided to our


beneficiaries.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites to assess the


quality of implementation and adherence to project guidelines.


2. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance systems and processes to


ensure compliance with organizational standards and donor requirements.


3. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to project outcomes and


impact indicators to assess the effectiveness of interventions.


4. Capacity Building: Train project staff and partners on quality control procedures, data


collection methods, and reporting standards.


5. Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate reports on monitoring findings, quality assessments,


and recommendations for improvement.


6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with program managers, field staff, and external


stakeholders to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.


7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including


reports, assessments, and training materials.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., development studies, public health, social sciences).
• Proven experience in quality control, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field, preferably

in the non-profit sector.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a

multicultural environment.


• Experience in training and capacity building is desirable.
• Commitment to the mission and values of AROH Foundation.

Additional Requirements:


• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Hindi/English is an asset.
