:Team is also doing QC of Flood and Hazard Insurance regulatory requirements , and collateral perfection and release QC is also part of the centralized QC team along with additional tasksJob SummaryAssociate is accountable to review Quality check on loan documents. The process involves QC on review of collaterals perfecting the lien and indexing it adhering to business SLA. The responsibility also involves capturing FRBNY, Core and Business metadata by interpreting language within legal documents. Post the review of the documents the team is also responsible to pledge loans to FRBNY.Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the production workflow and ensure there are no backlogs and SLA breaches, Review EOD checks to ensure all requests received are assigned and processed
  • Recommend changes to the procedure to the Manager and LOB head on a timely basis, All process changes/ updates to be cascaded to team and updated in procedures
  • Ensure proper resiliency plan in place to during any contingencies, Identify root cause for problem pertaining to productivity & Quality
  • Communicate effectively within the team, market and business partners, Supervise a process which performs collateral related activity
  • Closely monitor the team on a day to day basis to ensure all SLA\'s (Quantity & Quality) are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution
  • Supervision & assessing work allocation, identifying areas of capacity during day across all Global sites, Implement strategy and core objectives for the team in line with the global operations roadmap
  • Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately
  • Comply with audit and compliance regulations and be the focal point for internal and external audits, Be the SME; handle complex Process related queries and clarifications from the Team members
  • Critical in providing input, development and management of projects in the team on client service, system enhancements, end to end process reviews
  • Manage process escalations from internal/external customers, Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate, Comply with Policies, Guidelines and Controls, Communicate effectively within the team, market and business partners
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 7 years of experience)
  • Loan processing or Flood Insurance, Documentation and QC Experience in banking industry
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Must have ability to handle high pressure environment and multi-task
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work in any shift timings
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/ officers and replying to the same.
  • Active participation in process improvements by working with key members to create or suggest process improvements.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of bank personnel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instructions on new assignments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and flexible to work in night shift.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-office applications.
  • Strong knowledge on QC tools and analytics
