As a Quality Control Intern, you will work closely with the quality control and assurance teams to help ensure that food products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Product Testing and Analysis:
• Assist in performing sensory evaluations (taste, texture, color, etc.) of food products.
• Conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Help monitor product specifications and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Sampling and Inspection:
• Take samples from various stages of production for quality checks.
• Inspect production processes for adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Verify labeling, packaging, and storage conditions to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of quality tests, results, and any deviations.
• Support the preparation of quality reports, audit logs, and corrective action documentation.
• Help maintain internal databases for quality control testing.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure products comply with local and international food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA).

• Educational Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, chemistry

• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with quality control principles, such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EU).
