Position: Quality Control Executive

Reporting to: Quality Control Manager



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our dynamic team at

FreshMenu in our cloud kitchen operations. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects

of food production and service meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate

should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining excellence in all

aspects of food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program for all food products and services in the

cloud kitchen.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company

standards.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to establish and uphold quality benchmarks.

2. Food Safety Compliance:

- Stay updated on local and national food safety regulations, ensuring the cloud kitchen operations consistently

adhere to these standards.

- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.

- Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff on food safety practices.

3. Supplier Quality Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers to ensure the consistent quality of ingredients.

- Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality ingredients and materials.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in food preparation, storage, and delivery.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements that improve overall

quality and efficiency.

5. Quality Control Testing:

- Implement and manage a system for product testing and quality control measures.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to conduct taste tests, texture assessments, and other quality checks on a

regular basis.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality assurance, including inspection reports, test

results, and compliance documentation.

- Generate regular reports for management on quality metrics and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in quality management within the food industry, preferably in a cloud kitchen or restaurant

setting.

- Knowledge of local and national food safety regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Certification in food safety management is a plus.

Our outlets are equipped with a kitchen set up that can cater to a minimum of 800 individual orders in a day. This

model. Our business focuses on creating brilliant customer experiences - through tasty food, different menu

every day and on time delivery promise - without seeing the customer. The entire order-delivery process is

managed through a cutting-edge technology developed in-house, both on web and mobile, available as a hub and

spoke business model.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?325,000.00 per year
