Position: Quality Control EngineerLocation: Maraimalai NagarQualification: Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 2xe2x80x933 yearsGender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Conduct Control Plan (CP) Verification and SA/PQR Verification.Perform regular patrolling for quality monitoring.Apply knowledge of 5S methodology and conduct rejection analysis.Handle rejection cases effectively and ensure corrective actions.Create and maintain control plans for quality assurance.Analysis of Internal rejection / External rejection by Problem Solving techniques.Control of Product documents (Process flowchart, Control plan, Setup approval, etc.).Participating in Quality improvement Team & QCC Team.Conducting feasible review for new product development by CFT members.Conducting process validation by SPC.Preparing of sample inspection Reports.To contribute kaizen,3C, safety, kanban,5S activities.Communication meeting with quality team and discuss yesterday shift communicationfor Process and product issues and customer complaints.To train line inspectors and operators for instruments handling and part handling.Conducting Process & Product Audit.Key Skills Required:Proficiency in Quality Control (QC) tools.Ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings.Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.Hands-on experience with rejection handling processes.Work Conditions:Target Turnaround Time (TAT): 30 days to join.Preferred Candidate Profile:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2xe2x80x933 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated knowledge in 5S practices and rejection analysis.
