Job Description
? Inward Inspection o
Receive material from Stores Department for inspection with Draft GRN o Ensure Inward inspection as per QAP and submit the inspection report with accepted quantity and rejected quantity with draft GRN to Stores Department o If material is rejected, segregate material and hand over to Stores o Receive and check test certificates from Suppliers wherever applicable. o Check the test certificate against the QAP and give approval. o Maintain the test certificate records for traceability o Send the material for third party inspection to third party agency and receive the test certificate and approve the same o If test certificates are not as per QAP, reject the lot and inform to Stores
In Process Inspection o
Ensure In process inspection as per QAP o If material is rejected during process, then segregate the material, hold the production and inform to Production Executive for corrective actions o Once the action on in process rejected then re-inspect the material and give approval ?
Final Inspection
• Ensure Final inspection is as per QAP o If material is rejected then segregate the material, hold the production/dispatch and inform to Executive for corrective actions o Once the action on final material is done, re-inspect the material and give approval
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
