Job Description

Quality Control:

• Establish and implement quality control processes and procedures for the manufacturing of construction chemicals, including tile adhesives, grouts, wall putty, plaster, paints, and distempers.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to maintain consistent quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

Product Development:

• Lead the development of new liquid waterproofing products and other innovative construction chemicals, from concept to commercialisation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to construction chemicals and waterproofing products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and product development roles within the construction chemicals or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and commercialising new products, particularly in liquid waterproofing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, testing methods, and regulatory requirements for construction chemicals.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, such as ISI, NABL, ISO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
