\xef\x80\xad Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement while developing and maintaining performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
\xef\x80\xad Identify and mitigate operational risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies
\xef\x80\xad Develop and implement team strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
\xef\x80\xad Foster a positive team culture that supports collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
\xef\x80\xad Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence and manage the exceptions and one-off transactions and follow the escalation metrics. Escalate on time when required
\xef\x80\xad Take part in organization\'s initiatives to make the best out of the opportunities presented and be a part of JPMC\'s inclusive cultureRequired Qualification, skills and capabilities\xef\x80\xad 6-8 years of experience in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
\xef\x80\xad High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issue management
\xef\x80\xad Manage complex requests with minimum supervision and able to make independent decisions
\xef\x80\xad Proficiency in Advance excel skills and good knowledge in MS PowerPoint
\xef\x80\xad Ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports
\xef\x80\xad Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
\xef\x80\xad Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
\xef\x80\xad Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with othersPreferred Qualification, Skills and Capabilities\xef\x80\xad Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred.
\xef\x80\xad Knowledge on Financial Statements, AR reporting, AP reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents is an added advantage
