• Responsible for sample preparation, including collecting and preparing samples for testing.
• Instrument set-up to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Conduct various tests on samples using techniques such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), etc

Data Interpretation and Reporting:

• Interpret the data obtained from the tests.
• Data quality by following established protocols and standards.
• Generate reports summarizing their findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Calibration of laboratory instruments.
• They troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing, ensuring accurate results.

Compliance and Standards:

• To maintain compliance with quality and food safety standards
