JLL Client Assurance Program Audits - JCAP Audits (Engineering, HSSE & Quality & COmpliance)

Prepare JCAP audit plans for the calendar year and submit to APAC Q&C Lead for review, approval and dissemination
Undertake audits of account self evaluation data loaded into the JCAP systems for compliance to requirements
Initiate face to face meetings with account teams to clarify specific audit requirements as needed
As required follow up with accounts to ensure closure of any identified non-conformances or overdue actions as a result of these audits and self assessments

Reporting

Report on a monthly basis the status of:
Overdue scheduled JCAP audits in CMO
Overdue High, Medium & Low JCAP Actions recorded within CMO by Account
Report status of closed and pending JCAP items recorded in CMO
Report on open JCAP Corrigo Work orders by Account
Provide appropriate periodic reporting: .
Monthly report on Account compliance with JCAP requirements
Quarterly summary report of Account compliance with JCAP requirements and lessons learnt from the audit program

Transition Support

Support transitions of new / existing clients specifically in the area of understanding the JCAP and business assurance obligations

Technical Analysis
Provide analytical and statistical analyses of JCAP, quality, compliance, and operations in order to identify opportunities for improvement

Other
Various responsibilities as required including but not limited to:
Auditing specific accounts within APAC to verify alignment with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) criteria
Production of Lessons Learnt papers for use amongst the Account business

Skills & Competencies required

Education & Training

Engineering Graduate with a Technical work experience & HSSE Background will be a advantage

Years of relevant experience - 7 to 10 years

Skills & Knowledge

Ability to compose technical documentation and apply process-oriented thinking
Work independently and within a team
Communicate effectively with other functional areas at all levels
Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
Knowledge of ISO certification requirements preferred
Familiarity with facilities management contracts
Understanding of audit requirements in alignment with ISO requirements

Certifications

Exposure to audits in line with ISO 14000 & ISO 45000
