What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities):

• Coordinating and working together with the procurement team and cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the funnel, including conversion optimization, delivery improvement, and customer experience.
• Examining manufacturing processes, quality assurance procedures, and processes for quality enhancement and ongoing improvement; working to lower rejection rates and raise quality standards.
• Compare market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and evaluate high-quality standard documents.
• Recognize issues at the root of the issue and come up with simple, realistic, and marketable solutions.
• Recording the number and types of defects noticed or encountered while sampling some products.
• Sharing the QC outcomes with the responsible team or person.
• Resolving quality-related issues and adherence to deadlines.
