Quality Checker - Western Wear Garments

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Quality Checker

to ensure the highest standards of quality in our

Western Wear Garments

. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of garment construction, and experience in quality control within the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards. Check for defects such as stitching issues, fabric flaws, incorrect sizing, and finishing irregularities. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct measurements and fit checks to maintain size accuracy. Identify and report any quality issues to the production team. Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and inspection reports. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

Prior experience in

garment quality control

(Western wear preferred). Strong understanding of

fabric types, stitching techniques, and finishing details

. Knowledge of industry quality standards and compliance requirements. Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
