Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Any Discipline) with good communication skills. 1-2 years experience in Quality Department preferred.

Salary: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate to qualification, educational background and experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION


• Reporting Compliance Manager, the results of auditing, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the person concerned and the verifying that effective remedial action takes place, within set timescales, in respect of any discrepancies and that any failure to do so is brought to the attention of the, compliance Manager.
• Assisting the compliance Manager with an annual review of the organization's Operational, Maintenance (as appropriate) and Compliance Procedures, and with verifying the Organization's continuing compliance with the EASA standards.
• Ensures that the compliance system monitors and maintains compliance with regulatory standards and organizationally defined requirements and verify that all standards are met with the authority, to independently assess all corrective and preventive action to completion/implementation.
• Implementing an audit program in which compliance with all operational procedures is reviewed at regular intervals in relation to each type of simulators operated.
• Perform Internal Audits under the direction of the Manager - Compliance System.
• Identify and record any concerns of findings, and the evidence necessary to substantiate such concerns or findings
• Follow-up internal audits, Corrective and Preventive actions under the direction of the Manager - Compliance System, verify the satisfactory implementation of solutions within the specific time frames
• Maintain all compliance related documents for the site and assist external auditors / aviation authority auditors during external audit process
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
• Prepare special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
