Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability. Identify, report, and track software bugs and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them efficiently. Perform end-to-end testing to validate functionality, performance, and security. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure quality standards. Use testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive test cases and increase testing efficiency. Ensure the software adheres to industry best practices and standards.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in manual and automation testing. Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or similar. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python for test automation. Knowledge of performance and security testing tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE). Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
