Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Identify, report, and track software bugs and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them efficiently.
• Perform end-to-end testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure quality standards.
• Use testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive test cases and increase testing efficiency.
• Ensure the software adheres to industry best practices and standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or similar.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python for test automation.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
