We are urgently hiring candidate for the Role of Quality Assurance Team Lead at our Leading Real Estate Company at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai location. Experience: 2 + Years as a QA Location: Belapur Package: 4LPA-6 LPA JD: Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Oversee the creation and documentation of quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality management systems.
