• Maintenance and developing documentation as per FSMS requirements.
• Training the cross functional team on FSMS and QMS aspects
• Development and implementation of systems for compliance of the site to FSSAI, FSSC and NSF requirements.
• Line clearance for raw materials, In-Process, Finished goods. Train the new joinees or other team members on these activities
• Review and approval of Batch manufacturing record
• Approval of deviations and change controls from QA perspective.
• Support manager in Mock recall and traceability exercise.
• Support FSTL in trend analysis of PRPs, CCPs, OPRPs, Deviations.
• Planning and conducting internal audits as per Food safety and Quality requirements
• Facing the customer audits, internal audits, certification audits, regulatory audits
• Supporting in retrieving the data and data trending. Documenting and approving the external reports.
• Handling customer inquiries and customer complaints.
• Qualification of new vendors for raw materials and service provider, performing vendor and service provider audits.
• Supporting the manager in global projects

Potentially relevant experience:

• MSc in Life science/Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Minimum 10 years\' experience in food, pharmaceutical and Human Health industries
• Good communication and English skills
