Position Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product manufacturing, including corrugated boxes, mono cartons, liner cartons, and rigid boxes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.

- Head Quality Assurance, Supplier Development, and Customer Support.

- Communicate quality-related issues, non-conformities, and audit reports to top management and initiate corrective and preventive actions.

- Handle Incoming Quality, In-process Quality, Supplier Issues, and ensure final product Quality.

- Prepare and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Checklists.

- Manage Process Control and Rejection Control.

- Support the implementation of product revisions and new product development.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.

- Hands-on experience with product manufacturing, including corrugated boxes, mono cartons, and rigid boxes.

- A degree in a relevant field is preferred; candidates with 6-7 years of relevant experience without formal education will also be considered.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
