Immediate job opening for Quality Assurance Specialist position Greeting from DATAMARK BPO SERVICE LLP, Location - Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai. Eligibility:
Expected Start Date: 10/04/2024
- Diploma / Any Graduate,
- 2 to 3 years of overall experience in BPO Quality department or 1 year as Quality Auditor / Quality Assurance Specialist in BPO,
- should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Operations and delivery,
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English,
- Flexible to work in Shifts based on Project requirement,
- To undertake evaluation and drive improvement as Quality Assurance Specialist,
- Analyse data for trends/ Understand process gaps / Identify area of distress and develop capabilities to reduce performance variation,
- Undertake Process Improvement decision,
- Handle and resolve critical quality problems using research abilities,
- Strong analytical skills, combined with effective communication and planning ability.
- Should know about 7 QC tools.
