Overview

The main purpose of the role is continuous service delivery quality improvement. Provide excellent customer service delivery through performing quality audits on the audits performed by our BPOs and internal teams, focused on the highest possible quality service for Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality audits to make sure the background screening process was conducted in line with the Clients requirements and HireRights high quality standards as well as SOPs.
  • Compare findings with company standards and Clients` SLAs/guidelines to make sure the Clients receive the reports tailored to their needs.
  • Run a daily monitoring of outliers and QC errors to identify trends and find the areas for improvement that will be discussed with TL.
  • Highlight to TL all inconsistencies in SOPs, procedures etc. once noticed.
  • Follow - up with the concerned team for any change of updates to make sure all documentation is fully up to date.
  • Utilize available communication channels (including team meetings) to stay up to date with procedures and processes.
  • Need to take initiative for any process change requests as well as ideas for increasing the quality of the services.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) whenever a process clarification is needed.
  • Conduct coaching and share best practices with Vendor Quality teams.
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Very good command of English (min C1)
  • No prior experience required
  • High school or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
  • Confidentiality Standards
  • Keen to learn
  • Basic Knowledge of multiple fulfillment processes
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
