The FIC Technology India is on a growth path and we are looking for Senior QA Engineer with proven track record of automated tests design and implementation, and who could be engaged in manual integration testing to ensure that the complete system is functioning as expected.

Your key responsibilities

• Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation, e.g., data-driven testing. Should be creative and proactive thinker to make use of current technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures.
• Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites. Prepare reusable functions, which improve the robustness and maintainability of the test scripts.
• Manually combine and test individual units to identify interface defects between integrated components, ensuring they work together seamlessly.
• Work with the Release Engineering team to create and maintain an automated nightly build verification ("smoke") test.
• Analysis of business requirements and provide test documentation.
• Ensure the application is compliant with IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience

• B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME/MCA/M.Sc. preferably in Computer-Science.
• Should have 9-14 total test experience with 7-9 years of relevant automation experience.
• Good understanding of Testing Life Cycle and latest Test methodologies and processes.
• Knowledge of Core Java, standard test libraries, industry standard frameworks.
• Experience with manual integration testing between different system modules.
• Knowledge of CI/CD toolkit (TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Jira, Confluence, Git, Maven
• Good user-level knowledge of Linux.
• Basic SQL knowledge of joins, aggregative functions and Data Manipulation Language.
• Quick Learner Ability to catch-up with new technology, tools, and best practices.
• Should be good at problem solving and debugging with excellent analytical skills.
• Good in verbal & written communication.
