The purpose of this role is to ensure the compliance of the Quality systems with internal and external requirements of Clariant and Support the Quality Manager India and APAC Pharma Quality Assurance manager to maintain an effective Quality Assurance documentation, including Quality & Good Manufacturing Practice.
Responsibilities
• Review production records for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure that errors, deviations, or nonconformities identified during the review process are thoroughly investigated and documented.
• Review investigation results of deviations from production instructions, test or measurement failures, customer complaints, or other nonconformities.
• Review of Change Management Tool (MOC) proposed by Internal stakeholders.
• Ensure Management of Change (MOCs) are tracked and implemented in Intelex tool.
• To check the production line clearance process during product changeover and advise the production team for the next product charging.
• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the GMS (Global Manufacturing System) Intelex tool.
Support Global Regulatory affairs and Product stewardship in providing required documents for DMF (Drug Master filing).

Requirements
• Minimum qualification of Graduation in Chemistry (BSc) is preferred qualification.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance preferably from Pharma or Chemical industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Change Management tool.
• Knowledge of Intelex tool would be added advantage.
