Designation:- QA Officer

Location: - Puducherry

Experience : - 4 to 7 years

:

? BSC/MSC Chemistry with detergent/soap/handwash/personal care etc industry work exp is preferable. Other than that person working in chemical Industries can also be considered.

? QA Executive shall be responsible for the Quality systems and Quality operations.

? Good communication Skills, both written and verbal

? Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

? Must know English & Hindi language to read, write and speak. Malayalam is optional.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Raw material testing and documentation

? Packing material testing and documentation.

? FG & SFG testing and documentation.

? Quality Equipment's operation and Calibration

? Quality System documentation Process as per requirements

? Preparation of Volumetric Solution and standardisation

? SAP QM operations

? Online Process Quality checking and

? Ensuring GLP/GMP

? Computer operational Skills for the QA data base

Note- Home care(Detergent, soap, handwash, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner etc) background person is preferable. Other than that person working in Personal Care & Chemical industry can also be considered.

• Are you doing Packing Materials testing? If yes what kind of materials? Laminates, Shippers, Woven sacks like materials able to test?
• Have you aware about Volumetric Solution Preparations and standardisations?
• Are you doing online Mfg products quality checks?
• Do you know about PCRO rules?
• Have you known about detergent Bar, Powder, Liquid Mfg process?? Applicable for respective experience.
