Job Profile: A Quality Assurance Officer is a professional who is Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organisations final product in order to meet established quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
• Create training materials and operating manuals
• Developing and implementing standards for inspection
• Review & Approve of Master Formula record, Batch Mfg. records for Mfg.
• Review & Approve of all RM ,PM , inprocess spec & finished product spec.
• To identify the Quality Improvement programs and ensure the compliance on regular basis.
• Experience with GMP and GDP Operational Quality Systems for Commercial Drug Substance
• Prepare VQ documents
• To investigate the customer complains
• To review and approve all deviations or non conformance related to quality system & procedures & change control.
• Self infection program across the company.
• Compliance of validation programs as per schedule.
• Surprise over all activities of quality Assurance & Quality control Department.
• Complete and review reports, cases, and tests, communicating results clearly to the relevant internal and external parties
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• The ability to closely follow quality standards
• A keen eye for detail
• Outstanding verbal and written Communication skills
• Database management
• Excellent problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Hands on experience with Batch Record review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
