We are seeking a QA Tester to meticulously evaluate software quality through both manual and automated testing processes. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying and documenting bugs and glitches. Ideal candidates will possess meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in executing test cases. Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of effectively assessing software quality.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with QA methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of test techniques and proficiency in testing compatibility across various software programs, ensuring comprehensive evaluation.
• Good technical knowledge and proficiency in utilizing testing tools to execute test scripts and evaluate results accurately.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall frameworks, including experience in regression testing to maintain software integrity during iterative development processes.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors meticulously, ensuring comprehensive reporting and resolution of technical issues.
• Knowledge of website and application security testing methodologies is preferred, enhancing software robustness and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude, enabling systematic analysis of system specifications and effective resolution of software issues.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software quality assurance principles and practices.

Responsibilities:


• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of software functionality and performance requirements.
• Interact with clients to clarify and understand product requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and user expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Development Team to formulate effective testing strategies and comprehensive test plans, integrating quality assurance throughout the development process.
• Execute test cases meticulously, employing both manual and automated testing techniques to validate software functionality and performance against specified requirements.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications, identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Create detailed logs to document testing phases, procedures, and discovered defects, maintaining clear and comprehensive records of testing activities.
• Report bugs and errors promptly to development teams, providing detailed information to facilitate timely resolution and improve software quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues across functional teams, fostering collaboration to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless software performance.
• Conduct thorough post-release/post-implementation testing, verifying software integrity and functionality in real-world environments.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.
