DEPARTMENT : PRODUCTION

POSITION : REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards e.g., ISO 9001.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate external audits and certifications by regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
• Serve as the main contact person for all quality-related inquiries and issues within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) based on audit findings or quality issues.
• Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the organization's products or services.

Participate in management review meetings to discuss quality objectives, performance, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

? Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent/ BE/B tech

? Should have 10-12 experience in quality Assurance.

? Should have minimum experience in Refrigeration Industry.

? Should have knowledge on Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

? Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management system and documentation.

? Knowledge on reporting process

? Good Communication Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
