You will leverage your strong technical skills and functional expertise to guide the team in identifying and resolving bugs, prevent issues in Production, and maintain code quality as the Systems team expands its scope of automation. The QA team works closely with Developers to ensure that all functionality is working as designed and commissions are calculated accurately, and partners with cross-functional teams including Compensation Operations to support UAT.In addition, you will be responsible for participating in our Agile process representing your team in identifying requirements, documenting story points, discussing sprint planning and signing off on QA testing.
