Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify and address quality issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality control measures.

Investigate and resolve deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of the workforce.

Stay current with industry regulations and advancements in quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

Proven experience in quality assurance (>3) within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and quality control processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
