Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing ISO and CMMI processes, including documentation, maintenance, and version control.
• Oversee and enhance internal quality, development, and manufacturing management processes.
• Ensure timely closure of audit responses and compliance with audit requirements.
• Maintain and monitor adherence to ISO standards for Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Collaborate with customers, employees, vendors, and outsourcing firms to meet quality standards.
• Regularly report on process activities, audit results, and quality metrics to the reporting manager.
• Lead initiatives for organizational quality and process improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on document management systems and quality processes.
• Manage controlled systems for company documentation, ensuring updates and accuracy.
• Prepare standard templates, presentations, and documentation for organizational use.
• Plan and monitor internal and external audit activities.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

• Timely and accurate documentation of processes and updates.
• Creation and standardization of organizational documents, presentations, and templates.
• Effective planning and monitoring of audit activities and compliance.
• Clear and actionable reporting on quality management system performance.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (IT), or M.Sc (IT).
• Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 programs and Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, internal audits, and process improvement is preferred.
Compensation
• Training Period: ?12,000/month for 3 months.
• Post-Training CTC: ?2.40 LPA.
• Service Agreement: 2 years (mandatory).
